Who we are
Founded in 2008 by Grant Simpson as a construction design service for companies and individuals, Arum Resources Ltd aims to bring to you all the skills and experience you will need to deal with all your building projects. During his fifteen and more years within the industry, initially within civil engineering and latterly within housebuilding, Grant has built up as a broad a range of experience as any in the construction sector.
What we can do for you
Firstly you pay only for what you need - From an extension or a loft conversion to a full scale new build property; a flexible design service is available in order to obtain planning approval and building warrant for your project. If you feel that you have taken your plans as far as you can and it just needs polishing off for submission or you if need a bit more guidance and would prefer a full service, we can provide you with the tailored service you require. For larger scale projects you may wish to bring us on board as a project manager and in some cases we can offer a one stop all trades building service.
